With the help of various indoor and outdoor exercises, the team learns to leave previous limitations and really perform.
Each exercise is carefully evaluated with the aim of gaining individual and collective insights and successfully applying them in practice in the workplace

Intervision: Moderation of collegial advice

Goals
After receiving "start-up" support from the external consultant, the participants are able to independently advise each other and make personal progress
Possible procedure and content
The moderator explains the rules and the possibilities of an intervision / collegial consultation, namely: being able to introduce concrete, challenging situations and being advised by the group “just in time”. He moderates an initial consultation, shows the group helpful behavior and supports them in facilitating their own process

In a model process, the participants experience a group process across all phases. In addition to the basics of group dynamics, they get to know themselves and their behavior in groups better, receive feedback and are willing and able to implement what they have learned in their own management practice
